Jessica is a licensed massage therapist with over twenty years of experience, specializing in deep tissue therapeutic massage, a modality that most people need to achieve true structural change and maintain optimal health. She believes massage therapy is an effective element of any overall treatment plan, working with and receiving referrals from physicians, physical therapists, personal trainers, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. 

She is a member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and a licensed RN with a commitment to treating each client with care and respect, tailoring her sessions to the individual client’s needs. In addition to deep tissue therapeutic massage, Jessica is also certified in manual lymphatic drainage. This treatment improves the functioning of the lymphatic system, alleviating symptoms of post-surgical swelling. It promotes gentle relaxation and skin detoxification while reducing healing time.
